DANIEL GRUNBAUM

I have solely practiced Family Law for over twenty nine years.   I have acted as a settlement judge for the past twenty plus years, and have twenty years of Certificates Of Appreciation from the Superior Court for my efforts to give back to the community by settling cases before they go to trial.  My knowledge of Family Law and the professionals, such as accountants, appraisers, vocational evaluators, retired judicial officers and mental health specialists who work in tandem with Family Law lawyers and the Courts is extensive.  I have worked with countless experts.  I pride myself on settling eighty percent (80%) or more of my cases, but when this is not possible, I have put on hundreds of hearings and trials of up to ten (10) days duration.  I have handled every type of family law issue imaginable, including many dozens of complex high asset cases.

In addition to the skilled litigation I have brought on behalf of my clients in cases that I have not settled, I have conducted hundreds of mediations between clients and their attorneys as a Court appointed mediator, and as a private mediator for self-represented clients.  Every case I have handled is unique, and I create a personalized case management plan for each client.  My goal in every case is to guide my clients through their case to achieve the very best result possible.
